TERMS & CONDITIONS - USE OF THE SAUNA 

1. Eligibility:

  • Users must be at least 16 years old or accompanied by a parent/guardian.

  • Users with specific health conditions (e.g., heart problems, skin infections) should consult a physician before use.

    2. Hours of Operation:

  • The sauna is open from 7am to 9pm. All sessions must be booked in advance. Users must vacate the sauna before closing time.

    3. Reservations:

  • Reservations are required for all sessions. Cancellations must be made 48 hours before booking.

    4. Entry Fee:

  • Users are required to pay the designated session cost online. Fees are non-refundable if cancelled less than 48 hours before the booked time.

    5. Health and Safety:

  • Users must shower before entering the sauna.

  • Floors may be slippery when wet. Customers are advised to take care.

  • It is advised to limit sauna sessions to 1 hour to prevent overheating.

  • Users must stay hydrated and must not consume alcohol in the sauna.

    6. Behaviour:

  • Users must maintain personal hygiene and avoid using strong fragrances.

  • Respectful behaviour is required. Loud noises, disruptive actions, or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated.

    7. Pets:

  • Pets are NOT allowed in the sauna.

    8. Clothing Policy:

  • Users are encouraged to wear appropriate swimwear or a towel. Nudity policies vary and must be checked prior to use.

    9. Personal Belongings:

  • Users are responsible for their own belongings. Storage areas are provided, but the facility is not liable for lost or stolen items.

    10. Sanitation:

  • Users must clean any surfaces or equipment used after their session.

  • Disposal of personal items must be done in designated bins.

    11. Liability Waiver:

  • Users agree to use the sauna at their own risk. The facility is not liable for any injuries or health issues incurred during use.

    12. Termination of Use:

  • The management reserves the right to refuse service or terminate use for violations of these terms and conditions.

    13. Amendments:

  • These terms and conditions may be updated periodically. Users are encouraged to review them regularly.
